Hey there! I’m Jen and by day (and let’s be honest sometimes at night) I am a marketer. My 20 years of experience has been primarily in the travel and luxury hospitality space. I have done it all from building and executing customer acquisition strategies to focusing on engagement and retention tactics aimed at keeping the customers you already have.

I’ve worked with both large, multi-faceted companies and small startups that have successfully scaled into teams of 900+. I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get things done (honestly, that’s where I thrive). I specialize in optimizing the customer experience, and I’ve built a solid track record of driving growth and hitting goals along the way.
