Hey there, I’m Jen!

By day (and honestly, often well into the night), I'm a full-funnel marketer with a passion for travel and luxury hospitality. Over 20 years, I've built customer acquisition engines, designed lifecycle programs that turn one-time buyers into loyal customers, and everything in between.

I've spent recent years in B2B SaaS, leading lifecycle and customer marketing. I've also worked across the spectrum, from scrappy startups that grew into 900-person teams to large, complex organizations with a lot of moving parts. Wherever I land, I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get into the work (honestly, that's where I thrive).

My specialty is the full customer journey: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and the small moments in between that quietly drive revenue. I lean on data, partner closely with sales, customer success, and product, and bring a healthy dose of creative problem-solving to keep things moving and interesting.
